Organizational diagnosis makes a performance analysis, identifying the root causes of a persistent issue and issues a report with reccomendations to increase performance.
The analysis uses different methods and techniques to picture the current state, collecting the appropriate information from multiple sources.
Information about people, tasks, skills, recurring activities, responsabilities and behavior, existing processes and procedures, workflow, leadership style, delegation of duties, values, coomon vision are gathered and analysed. At the end it is issued a report with key findings and reccomendations.
